  Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Super cool and quite unusual - Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.

  Hotel Maltanski was a great discovery. It's extremely close to the center of Cracow, it's nice, cosy and calm. The Room was big and looked great, and some of the added luxuries like bath robes and heated floors in the bathroom were nice to have for the price.   Everything. A great stay. Can't recommend the Hotel Campanile Krakow enough. Friendly staff, comfortable, good price, fantastic location - they even let my son charge his iPhone up for the journey after we had checked out.
