The apartments were perfectly located with only a 10 minute walk into the Old Town of Krakow. The design and facilities of the apartment were fantastic and suited a City Trip. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was well finished.

We really liked the great use of space, the great shower, handy modern little kitchenette and comfy bed all in a bright clean modern apartment.

The design was very modern, fresh and stylish. The room vas small, but each was designed to the comfort of the quest. Very impressed.

15 minutes walking from the Rynek, near some small markets, equipped
with towels and hairdryer and some utensils for the kitchen.
Design and location and price. Pretty nice balcone and quiet area.
Elegant apartment with comfy bed and good value for money.
Nit picking would have been good to have bowls and on arrival bathroom smelt, could have been a result of not having been used (ie in low season) and air freshner resolved any problem.
We had originally booked the apartments but when we got to them we couldnt get in and there was no reception. Luckily we found a cleaning girl who rang the company and said we had to get a taxi back to near where we had just walked from. When we got there they said apartment was left in a state and had moved us to the hotel, we didnt mind because this had a better location.
There was no reception on this building and the stairs to the room needs some decoration/renovation. But this is not a huge problem :-).
Pity the reception is in another area.
Slight odor of mold coming from the bathroom shower, but all in all it wasn't so bad.
kitchen could be more equiped, we just had salt and black tea :) sugar, coffee or some spices would cost just some zloty but every traveller would be glad about it :).
Almost no heating despite it was a late October.
Communal areas, ie stairs and lobby, were a bit grungy. But apartments themselves were lovely.
1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days! Wifi didn't work at all which was disappointing- no soap or shampoo and conditioner.
The kitchener worked some times strangly.
No elevator No concierge.
No iron :( it would be handy.
The keys need to be picked up in the Old Town which we didn't notice and had to travel back and forth.

Lack of personal grooming products, something in the flat was broken,
cleanness not so good.
Internet was working only sometimes! This is when i asked them by mail week before to care about it because ill be working there! Also was not so clean floors and on the kitchen... somewhere was even spiderweb...
Reception is about 4 kilometers from the apartment. Apartment on the 3rd
floor, no elevator. There is no iron and ironing desk in the apartment
and not even in the common corridor. The are no cosmetics in the
bathroom, not even a soap! The reception is not attentive but very
formal. The apartment is very small and kitchen annex is like half meter
from your bed! Worth only for an overnight stay for one person but
certainly not for a longer stay!.
