The staff is very friendly and helpful. For sure I will come again. The location is good, it is close to the Vistula for cycling, close to Kazimierz and are public transit hub is very close too. Nevertheless it is not a touristic area at all and strolling through the streets nearby gives you a glimps of "real life". Excellent value for money. Good breakfast (optional at 25zl per person per day - virtually all you can eat!). Large room with good/large en-suite. Comfortable beds. Nice patio area at rear to eat and drink. Restaurant next door which is also run by owners of Kajzer Hostel.

Everything! This place is great. The owners and so friendly and bend over backwards to help you out. They even offered to do our laundry for us! Can't say enough good things about this hostel, and will definitely be coming back to stay. I and my mom really thank Ms Maria and his husband for the kindness and sympathy.Good value for money. Very clear and nice room. Very near to the city center by walk (20 minutes) and by tram (number 13 is better). Nice and friendly staff. Spacious room. Very clean. Don't get confused by the name - even though it's called a hostel, it is better than many 3* hotels. We didn't try out the breakfest facilities. very good breakfast, nice big and clean room. everything was over expectations consider the price being very low. it is not really a hostel it´s a hotel. Bads very comfortable and the room has it all. Good breakfest. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms are very comfortable and with a lot of space. Staff and location are awesome. Also breakfast is very very good. On a main tram route in Podgorze. Quite noisy but, to be fair, a lot of others streets in Krakow itself are also on main tram routes. No negatives to report here!. Nothing. Nothing. A little bit noisy due to the tram but not a big problem. wi-fi was disappearing constantly and rooms lacks air conditioning.
