The apartment we had was really nice, extremely cheap considering we had a kitchen, balcony, bathroom and everything. It was really big, nice and warm and the bed was really really comfortable. It's close to everything so you can easily make a little pit-stop there when you're walking around town. It felt like a home and I would definitely recommend it!. The staff were wonderfully helpful and informative. The location of the hotel is ideal - it is a five minute walk to the Old Town and Rynek and five minutes the other way to Kazimierz, the Jewish district. The tram stop is literally outside the door, so it is really easy to reach. One of the best places to stay in Krakow!.

Warm flats as it was very cold on a couple of days outside. The room was massive and recently refurbished. Twice the size andquality of a hotel in Krakow I stayed in that was three times the price!. Service was really nice and personels in reception were really helful and smiling all the time. Can't wait to go there again!. the hotel was really central walking distance to the station and old town. the staff were really friendly and helpful.The apartment was cosy, clean, and warm. The location was really good, the stuff was very helpfull and spoke good english. It was really clean and the toilets were quite new. Didn't stop me sleeping.It was hard turning the heating down and noisy to open the window. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but other than that it's a brilliant place.The only issue was the noise of the trams in the early morning, but we knew this when booking the apartment from other people's reviews and expected it. The cooking facilities were also limited to a hob, but no oven and no toaster, but this was manageable. We didn´t hear any noise but I can understand that this is really dependant on the people living on the other rooms (since there was only a door seprating our room to our neighbours´ room).The room we got was not as "pretty" as the ones shown on the website but sufficient for our 2 night stay. Lack of air conditioning. noise from the street was significant (although not overpowering). only bathroom.We missed an air-conditioning or fan in the room since it was getting very hot there most of the time. We stayed there in June 2008. only 1 glass, no teatowel, a leak on the tap in the kitchenette. A toaster would have been good.Just a bit too hot in the rooms, air-con in the attic rooms during the summer months would have been the only improvement. Some lights not working, multiple fiddly locks.It was very noisy all night long. The hotel management changed our booking from the top-floor apartment with views, internet, etc that we'd booked to a room with no kitchen, no views, no internet....After insisting on speaking to the manager we were given a discount in the end but the situation was handled very badly by management and the explanation given - 'booking problems' - was unsatisfactory. We couldn't turn the heating off in our room so we cooked!! We booked a double room but got single beds. towels changed more frequently. Lack of kitchen facilities, including no glasses or saucepans , but feel if we had asked this would have been rectified. The parque of the floor very noisy.Unfortunately the hotel room was not the same as on the internet page.There were old and new furniture in the room. It was very noisy.There was not own parking place only public one. cleanliness. when we first arrived we were put into a room that had no control over heating. it was so hot that our chocalate melted. The room next to us was separated by a door through whoch came smoke and loud noise.
