Good location and good breakfast!
Highly recommended for families with children: the room is equipped with kitchen facilities, and stepping stool and potty seat! There are also swimming pools, playroom and play ground. When the weather is not good, it is not problem for kids to stay indoors.
We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip. The kid had great time.

Loved the place. Got an apartment which was superb - big, great TV, great clean rooms, very nice breakfast. My room also had a kitchen with all the stuff you might need in it! Will definitely come there again!.
Great food that included child-oriented meals on the menu & fun activities for children run by the English-speaking events manager. Restaurant & bar open late with a good selection for weary parents.

Good location if you want to be close to a beach. If you like a night
life I recommend much more to stay in Sopot. Good breakfast.
The hotel was new and a short distance to the beach. Pancakes at breakfast were delicious.

The hotel does not provide hygiene products and coffee/tea (which are usually provided by hotels). unfortunately we didn't know that and didn't prepared in advance.
Lack of tower's hooks in the bath room and not enough information into hotel's brochure about short phone numbers of reception and restaurant. The staff of the hotel hospitable but not enough professional trained.
There was a smell of chlorine as the room was close to the aqua zone and some noise from the water pumps installed in the pool, I guess. Small swimming pool.
I think it's also needed to provide a duster and a sponge for washing up.
May be microwave oven in the room would be ok.

Far from old town, many people for thé breakfast and after 10 o'clock buffet is empty.
Cold radiators in October and a bad smell in the bathroom.
There are no any reminders in the room about breakfast time, waterpool and spa working. If you stay more than 2 days you'll need to ask dishwasher machine tablets, no sponge also. There is no microwave oven in the room. But once asked we got it in 10 minutes. Service is very good!.

Standard rooms should be better equipped - lack of wall mirrors, desks for work with laptops or to reading, small number of electrical sockets and lack of cabinets/closets for clothes.

The room was expensive for what it was. Staff were extremely unhelpful. No directions or help on how to find the room, or swimming pool etc. Dirty dishes in kitchen cupboards. No air conditioning, which is crazy considering how much the room costs!!.
4 stars is too much for this hotel, it should have max 3 stars. Very basic service. Unflexible personnel in terms of special requests. Taking shower makes the bathroom floor wet allover even if you are very careful.
