The Staff was very approachable and friendly specially the one who assist us.The lobby was great,place all is good. I would like to come back again next time for a holiday... but except if they give me a same room that I had before.... The room was big, everyday they do housekeeping, all the staff are friendly, I choose Great Eastern coz its very accesible to most of the places.

The location was good ,near to commercial area and other establishment ,all walking distance. courteous staff, accessible location, cleanliness, room ambience and easy parking. the situation, the facilities. Good and nice and lovely staff. value for money. location. 1. i totally not recommend guests from other country to stay at this hotel. The food at Gulliver's which is just putside our suite on the 8th floor. Staffs were good,room quite big. location. Gulavers. Location. Air con was not working. Internet was not working. Even water is not complementary. No adapter available for charger. Poor ventilation And lighting. nothing. My bedroom was disgusting smelly, carpets not clean cornice of the beds and side table lots of dust and used cotton buds, bed spread too old, towels dirty , no face towels and bathmat the ceiling in the bathroom disgusting.... the best thing is check the room first before you book so that you wont experience any of this . thanks God overnight stay only. I hope you will attention on this room I think is in rm 418 if im not mistaken. Although the housekeeping is everyday, but still have small cockroach, think need to have some pest control since the hotel is quite old. The hotel service was excellent ,you don't need to call service to clean the room they do it automatically . no tissue in the bathroom and i need to ask yet for hair dryer (why can't you have hair dryer available in the bathroom). problems with television and inernet, but solved soon after request. Leaking faucet. none. Early check in is not applicable to them. You still have to pay . unlike in other hotels I stayed , no more additional charge. Facilities are too old maybe they can have it upgraded/updated. beds are terrible , hard and old. no wi-fi in the room. cleanliness. carpets were not vacuumed. failure to provide internet connection as advertised. was a real inconvenience and pissed me off bigtime. 1. i request to change room but the staff mention not allowed. 2. At letsbookhotel.com does not stated room without window or with window, i check in and my room without window. 3.Room furniture and interior totally old, and there is cockroach in my bathroom and room everyday.no air ventilation and inconvenience. We checked in 8 hours late and they still made us wait for a long time for our room to be ready.. Facilities needs renovation,bathroom is dirty and water leaks ,bed sheets needs disposal,room looks dirty. We preferred a double bed, instead they gave a two single bed with uneven height and then they put it along side each other. Disappointing! Also no Ventilation or window in the room. The bugs lack of linens broken tolit seat general house keeping. Old hotel. ang toilet seat sira, shower curtain sira, need bath soap and face towel or hand towel. Too many mosquitoes inside the room. really need BIG improvement!. I don't like the way they treated their customer because they charged me of something that I did not ordered. It just so happen that it was my nephew who checked out for me because I was out for business and my nephew did not checked that the order slip if it was signed by me and neither the desk officer gave a copy of billing to my nephew it is a clear indication of fraud. Room carpet is old and looked dirty. Airconditioning is ok but needed to have the drain pipe cleaned as water seep out from the unit to the floor and caused the carpet wet.
