Beach area small but well kept and water v warm! Able to book just a short snorkel at reef next door - lots of beautiful fish and coral - can also book longer scuba trips. Concierge v helpful planning excursions. Room v comfortable, though view was only of other hotel tower. Restaurant and breakfast buffet food tasty and varied. Would recommend for short trips. The resort was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The area around the pool and the sea was clean, well staffed and it was very pleasant to sit and relax under the trees. The very late check in was no problem. There are also a few good restaurants close to the hotel.

The pool and beach were brilliant and the locals were really nice ! everyone went that extra mile to make us feel welcome!!. We were there during the period of the acobra 70.3 Ironman race. The hospitality we received is very good n warmth I would. Nice n clean place. everything I ordered and requested is being attended. I was not replied "no" at all. I'm very impressed by such comfort and assurance. The staff was very courteous. Tip: try their executive package because the snacks and after dinner drinks are worth the value. Benn there many times staff is excellent- and the management continues to make improvement for it patrons-. the beach, view, intimate setting, staff were friendly. Enjoyed the private beach location..the pool area & gardens, albeit small were very relaxing...staff very courteous & polite.. Room is spacious and with good location nearby the sea. No sightseeing offered apart from a mall shuttle, but if you know what you want to do they are helpful. The food was costly after paying so much for the accommodation. However, we had a very long waiting time for our dinner on one of the evenings. Mainly due to the high human traffic of the participants dining there. Being in the service industry, these are things that the hotel have to cope with it. Otherwise, we had a superb time there. The beach closed too early. I suggest night lights for swimming until midnight. the booking thru outside agency did not explain all the feature under their adverstise room price in other words there were additional cost & arrangement that had to be made once I got there Since i stayed there in the past- i know they ( Movenpick ) have a more consist package- and not the need for add ons. Over rated and over priced. I didn't like being awaken by crowing rosters in the morning. The food was over priced, and disappointed with the lack of beach front, the water was dirty and prevented me from swimming!. Loud DJ music every night which can be heard right through the hotel and rooms. High value. Not so mutch if u need to relax. Our balcony only had one chair & received no sun at at any time...the length of time for food to be delivered..it once took 2 hours to receive a pool snack.. The toilet design is out of date and not clean, not really match it is a 5-stars hotel.
