I made the best choice to choose this hotel. One of the most amazing things about this hotel is the Private Beach, and their own sport activities. Staff are super helpful, they even have nurses which helped me for a wound treatment i needed. Location is a bit far from the main or busy spots in Boracay. But personally I preferred that a lot. They have free shuttles to D'mall every hour until 10pm. Or you can jump into a tricycle for 15 to 20 pesos. This hotel is huge, it consists of separate b.
all reviews » Location is perfecto! Peaceful, quite and secured place to live. Nice breakfast with wide range of food from spagetti to any type of eggs cooked upon your choice. Beautiful view anywhere you look. During our stay one of the swiming pools was out of order but the other one closer to the lobby was always clean nand nice to swim in. The hotel has it own private beach. It is awesome to have the option to white beach. Personnel was very attentive, and open to all our requests. Everything! They provide quality service for their clients/customers. I really enjoyed my vacation while staying here. The staffs are incredibly friendly and courteous. On our last day, we're not able to use the coupon for breakfast Ms. Ace packed us a sandwich for our breakfast! Every cent is worth to this hotel. I will come back here for sure!. DO NOT STAY HERE! what a let down. Staff is the only good thing in this hotel. Mosquitoes are a lot, advice the service to spray your room. Wifi was not available due to technical problem but there was a free wifi at the lobby. Sport activities are more expensive comparing to outside. The hot water maker was an expensive useless Phillips. It takes such a long time process to make a coffee with it. No spoon or knife or glasses available in the kitchen. There was not enough kitchen appliences in the room such as simple bigger plates, forks and knives. Nothing. I didn't like the location because its far from D mall and they don't have WiFi services in rooms they just have it in the loop. House keeping didnt stock up the shampoo,conditioner,tooth brushes etc...when they tidy the room so u have to ring them. Plus theres too many chineses and korean tourist here whom had no consderations if other people. The staff can use a little more training in the reception area. When we arrived they wanted us to present them our reservation which we didn't have printed out. This is the kind of thing that they should easily find in their computers. Also, our room had a leaky ceiling which would leak everyday. The food is more tailored to Asian cuisine, normally :), but I missed some European type of food!. A little far from the main beach and niteclubs. They don't offer much in terms of food. Their menu is good but was often things they didn't have in stock. The same goes for the drinks. There is no room service, which would be nice, as everything in the hotel seems to shut early. These are all minor and didnt effect my stay. -Breakfast could be better for this kind of resort -resort beach was pretty disapointing, we went almost every day to see better ones outside. 1) No wifi in rooms. 2) There are bunch of different kind of staff. They don't know more than their area of responsibility. So you should really try hard to solve your problem, cause you need to find the right person first. 3) Hotel is really big,so you even need a shuttle bus (free) to go to breakfast. 4) Towel rent - 50 peco - not big, but not needed. The beach was on the windy side of the island, so you will have to go to Withe beach for good beach. Te hotel is far from d'mall. No wifi in the room. minor concerns like: - the lavatory leak & water from the aircon - the adjacent room complained about the noise from our room, we were not shouting though the sounds of the television was a bit louder than normal, pls. consider checking the "sound proof" of each room. no thing realy ... Breakfast. The way the koreans behaved at breakfast. The treatment of Golf caddies from Management. Letting them run after the carts ? Shame on u!!. Check in is too late at 2pm and check out at 12pm. The supervisor is rude and they charge 1000 per hour extra if you wanna extand the check out if your flight is not early. The food at the restaurant is verry poor and the breakfast discusting!. Breakfast was a little disappointing for us. - Poor control on the private beach (I saw people coming out from the water with corals and starfish to take home) - I would expect the private beach is cleaned every morning (from rubbish washed ashore from the sea). Advertised unlimited range balls for the driving range. When we arrived, they said there was no driving range. Breakfast menu contained many choices, but only two were available the entire time we were there. Advertised Free Wifi in rooms. When we arrived, there was only wifi in the dining area. Construction ongoing immediately outside the room. Sawing and hammering noises started early in the morning. Breakfast, spending life while waiting shuttles, no wifi, no sport gym (only till 5 pm), problems with electricity. The fact that we were not able to arrive as planned on the first day of our stay due to the airline cancelling our flight and that the Hotel will not refund!. Slow check-in. Charged 3000 Pesos security deposit for mini bar that included just 2 beers. Breakfast unsatisfactory with very little or no fruits. We didn't like the slow action of staff. The place was not good with young children nor for senior citizens. In which case we have both. The car service is terrible. We had to wait for long ques. Frustratting .... No copy of haus rules inside the room they charged us small stain of henna 3,700 in their beddings shocking bills ,,,, thier frontdesk staff ard very frustrating we are almost left by our flight back in manila. everything. This hotel trying to be a high-class hotel, but it doesn't, and this hotel is too new, everything is not complete. If I go to Boracay once more I must not stay there, because for me, this hotel is 3 star maximum, and it's price is high. After a long trip from Australia quite disappointed for the first day .Cut short our stay we haven't used our 4 nights we move to other resort for comfy with electricity and water in beach front were waiting our refund and for our remaining nights as we spoken to the manager in Fairways Bluewater resort that she will send us an email noted for credits for next year trip once the resort will recover from Typoon Yolanda.

Guests will be picked up from Caticlan Airport or Kalibo Airport and sent to the resort's Welcome Centre, where they will be taking a 5-minute private speed boat ride to Boracay Port. A private van will continue to send guests directly to the resort. Kindly note that the distance to the main entrance of the property varies, depending on the room assigned to guests. Please note that the hotel will collect an incidental deposit upon check-in.
