The best resort!! Top notch Filipino service and hospitality!! Great food!! They got amazing water sports facilities, 2 beachfronts (1 private), diving center, entertainment centers, lovely restos and bars - you would not need to go out of the resort!! To Villa 28 - I will surely come back to you!!!. Food was greate, beatiful nature. It is even better then on the pictures. Definatly best Hotel on the Island. Was there during the Typhoon, they really take care of you , know what to do , so you feel safe. Stuff is friendly and not overwhelming.

First to arrive in the checking area, last to be checked in!. we had to go back to work. Prices are overstatement. We understant that it is the highest class hotel but prices should be a little lower. Especially at all hotel restaurants and first of all at SPA. No good quality cold sausages available for breakfast. - Superexpensive diving, kite surfing, sailing in comparison to boracic down town. The only thing the wasn't nice, is that we had to go home again. upgrade cost to the villa was not well explained and we had to ask to calculate daily total increase to make it transparent Distance to the village a bit far but very good shuttle service. The check-in was a little too long. Also, we gave the staff our flight itinerary during check-in, but the staff was still confused the next day with our onward itinerary in terms of booking the boat transfer for us leaving Boracay. Had problems with the Italian restaurant twice with items on menu not being available. We did not recieved the departure breakfast bag on our early morning departure. From kalipo airport was soo far but adventure. Nothing!. Expensive. Beach not good as white beach. Courtesy of the staff was not upto the expectation. House keeping way below the resort standard even we left the room early yet no cleaning service except turn down service at night. Food! Variety is enough but taste not as good as what it looks.
