What people say

Beds were comfortable although small. That I had not booked into this longer for longer. Staff are friendly but totally inefficient. Television did not work and was not fixed despite complaints. Lifts were unreliable. Bathroom cleaned first night only. Unnecessary bureaucracy around obtaining breakfast. I would not stay in this hotel again.
