Nice place to stay! Sally, the owner helped us out quite a bit with things to do and places to eat. Enjoyed our mornings on the side patio drinking coffee and speaking with the other guests. Very clean rooms and hotel was across the street from the water and other hotels. Everything was within walking distance.

The owner Sally, an American ex-pat, is really nice, and puts out coffee, muffins and tea in the morning. Area was quiet (although we traveled off season). She accepts credit cards for payment. At night, there was a hotel employee watching over the front gate.
I loved the patio. It was HUGE and we felt secluded. It was near EVERYTHING. There was air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Location, close to water taxi station. close to grocery store. close to few good restaurants. Owner is friendly to provide some info and help.
Good to chill at breakfast and chat with owner and other guests. Comfortable with AC and good access to the town.

The muffins served with the continental breakfast were not that great; however that is a very small negative for all this little gem has to offer.
Room locks could use some beefing up. No in room safes or small locker storage. No soaps or shampoos (a recurring theme in Central America).
The only gripe we had was the breakfast. It was coffee, fresh fruit and muffins. The muffins were homemade so that was a plus. They also had signs everywhere in the bathroom. Like be water concious, don't take the towels to the beach and a few others I don't recall at this time.
Wish there are few more wall outlet for charging phone, camera & etc.

Staff woke us up in the early morning despite having the 'leave us alone' card out. rooms a little bare. hotel across the street looked much nicer, and ended up being cheaper.
Staff wasn't very helpful in helping to find activities to do. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

it was way too expensive for what they offer. THey are selling the hotel, or at least the upper floor, which apparently has the best rooms, so it was not possible to sleep in one of them.
