Friendliness. welcoming.ski in out fabulous. Best ski locker rooms, plenty of space and straight on slopes. Parking and ski lockers included in price, so no hidden extras. Brilliant as you can hire equipment and buy passes all in the hotel, less hassle Everything is in one place. Great setting on the ski pistes. Easy access from Gardermoen airport. A huge resort where finally you manage to feel almost alone. Very friendly staff and good value + comfort and food quality for money.

Being on non-urban side of the mountain Trysil and almost on the top (! :-)), ski-lifts on the step door, and ski-rental too! Swimming pool with 4 type of saunas!!!. Very nice hotel. friendly staff. good buffet. great location for skiing. the architecture design and the comfortability. Friendly staff as well. Excellent food, close to slopes, soft beds, and good spa/sauna. Very nice, good food, friendly staff located right by the lift. Interior Swimming and spa appartment Children activity room at -1. Rooms small. Restaurant expensive. Tea coffee facilities in all rooms is a must. When booking have a choice of a quiet room as unable to get to sleep due to late arrivals and music. Have sections adults only as children running around past 10 pm again be offered choice of quiet room. Eventhough open till 10:15, buffet breakfast was hardly filled in again as from 9:00 o'clock just after rush hour. Hard to coop with as breakfast is important for skiers. Free Skibus navette should run later in evenings between resorts. Small room, cold bathroom, not enough wardrobes, not TV on demand and small play room (not much to do with a young kid after the dark), no vegetables on kids' menu in their lunch bar, no bathrobes. Poor information of what the facilities of the hotel are and how to find them. you might get lost in the hotel the first hour. :). Expensive food & drinks, but to be expected at ski resort. Lot of noise from the nightclub/bar, at first we had a room close to the bar which made it impossible to sleep. Family with children should not be booked in rooms above the nightclub/After- ski Pub. We (my 7 year old son and me) were awake until one a clock in the night because of where high music :-( and one night there were live music which sounded even higher. The childrens buffet in the restaurant was poor - the pizza was nearly black/overcooked.
