  I stayed at two other hotels during my time in Lillehammer, and this hotel was not only the cheapest (even for a deluxe room), but by far the best and offered beautiful scenery, comfortable room, and a helpful staff. The breakfast was by far better (and yes, you clean up after yourself as another review mentioned, big deal!) and they have a recreat... what people say » ion room and washer/dryer available to use. - great location in the Olympic park, and a short walk from the center of town. The two sleeping areas in the room made it ideal for parents with older children - we were able to have the two TVs on different channels - it kept everyone happy.

  Very nice and calm location with beautiful lake view. Nice foyer, which invites to relax in comfortable armchairs. Good hints for hikes directly from the Manager.   Close to Hunderfossen Train Station (train noise didnt affect us as we werent facing the railway). We travelled by train. Fabulous Breakfast!!! Evening meal consisted of some sliced Ham&Cheese and a bowl of soup&bread. Scenic Location.   Fantastic place! Of the three cabins we stayed in during our visit to Norway, this was the best. Nicely furnished, well priced, loads of space, very nice setting, close to town, walk to the grocery - in short, everything one could want! The kitchen is well set up so it was easy to prepare our own meals and the beds were comfortable. The shower was... what people say » also great - no complaints! The wifi was iffy as it came and went, but nearer the main reception area, it was good. - The nicest cabin out of the 14 we stayed in. It was the largest and the least expensive. Fireplace, oven, three bedrooms. Super nice, I give it a gold star.

  The apartment was well set up - included a dishwasher and hairdryer (and a sauna). The instructions for finding it were good, and there was useful other information provided. Everything was very clean - my thanks to the previous occupants! The price was cheaper than other places available in Lillehammer.
