  I stayed at two other hotels during my time in Lillehammer, and this hotel was not only the cheapest (even for a deluxe room), but by far the best and offered beautiful scenery, comfortable room, and a helpful staff. The breakfast was by far better (and yes, you clean up after yourself as another review mentioned, big deal!) and they have a recreat... what people say » ion room and washer/dryer available to use. - great location in the Olympic park, and a short walk from the center of town. The two sleeping areas in the room made it ideal for parents with older children - we were able to have the two TVs on different channels - it kept everyone happy.

  Close to Hunderfossen Train Station (train noise didnt affect us as we werent facing the railway). We travelled by train. Fabulous Breakfast!!! Evening meal consisted of some sliced Ham&Cheese and a bowl of soup&bread. Scenic Location.   Excellent value for money! Where else can you get your own private Sauna, fantastically equiped Self Catering Apartment and Mountain Views for 600Kr per night. If you want to see Lillehammer and the surrounding area, this is where you stay!!
