  The bed was excellent. Indoor climate comfortable - Very good staff, kindly to help customers. I could use the extra foodservice in the evening during two days.   The service was great there - the breakfast at the same standard. The room was great. Clean, all necessary accessories. The breakfast was very nice. A great selection of fresh food and fruits - great juice from bottles on ice - even a little smootie shot was made - topped it with serving coffee at the table and keeping the area clean all the time.... what people say » This is a great example of how a hotel should should be ran. The staff were greatful all the time, the cleaning personel said hello and smiled Had a - The hotel staff were fantastic, we arrived with two bikes after cycling from Bergen and the staff were very helpful and stored them securely for us during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel has a lovely position on the river. Also the breakfast was wonderful a lot of variety something for everyone.

  Perfect for passing through Trondheim on the train as the hotel was almost next door to the train station. Even being that close to the train station, it was still quite and quite comfortable, but spartan in room furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Perfect for late sleepers who never make it in time for 10 o´clock ;) We reserved a room with a n extra bed, but something had gone wrong so they couldnt find the extra bed. We got an extra room for free in stead, which was great:)
