Spacious rooms, all facilities, including kettle.

when I arrived, my room was not ready - towels and bedlinen were on the floor and I had to go to the reception for another key.

Water is draining on the floor in bathroom (under the shower cabin door) during taking a shower.

The room was very basic, like staying in an Ikea showroom!

Closeness to the airport

Lack of early breakfast arrangements for an airport hotel. Over-priced restaurant. Over-priced bus from airport, I would expect a free courtessy bus for this sort of hoptel.
