  The view of this hotel is very good, a great lake view. We rent an apartment, it's spacious. The small balcony is good for chat and drinks to view such a great lake. It's easy accessible to the main pier and the supermarket nearby. Flåm is a small town, we stayed for 3D2N, one day we took bus to Aurland for hiking, it's convenient. There are some... what people say » trails for hiking in Flåm. We followed the trails to see waterfall. It's good. - The view from our deck was amazing, probably better than the view from the hotels that are nearer to the reail station and port. The room was pretty big, and had all the facilities needed to cook and eat. For those who do not cook, there is a bar/restaurant on the basement that offers basic meals at fair prices.

  We rented a two-bedroom cabin. It was modern and comfortable and cozy to live in. The kitchen gave us ability to cook our own food in a very expensive area of Norway. The people who run the place arranged a tour to our hereditary family farm without have been asked to do it. We were so impressed with their thoughtfulness. Considering the location ... what people say » at a major train/ferry transfer point in Norway's largest fjord, it was good value for the money, although not low priced by American standards. Trave - Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. We rented a 2 bedroom cabin for 4 people and it was comfortable and very clean. The cabin has a small kitchen with hotplates, a small fridge and all the necessary utensils. We also enjoyed a private bathroom with shower and floor heating. The camping is 3 minutes away from the shops, harbor and railway station.

  Amazing location in a deep valley with plenty of places for walking and sight-seeing. The owners live nearby, running the farm, and they are really friendly and welcoming. - This was one of two small cabins on a farm property. Beautiful views of the river and waterfalls. Lot's of space. Full kitchen, small laundry in the unit.
