There is a bus stop located directly outside Airport Motor Lodge Wellington for buses to Wellington city centre. Te Papa Museum, Westpac Stadium and Wellington’s waterfront are all within 15 minutes' drive. Each room features air conditioning, heating, minibar and refrigerator. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in every room. En suite bathrooms are provided. Free WiFi is provided. Car storage facilities are available to guests at an extra charge.

all reviews » Everything we needed for an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight home. We were picked up within five minutes of arrival, transported to our spotless, comfortable, quiet room. A wake up call was arranged for us, and an early morning taxi was there waiting for us. I had the best night's sleep, without any worries, after a really good pub meal recommended at the hotel. As a last night of the holiday hotel the location so close to the airport is excellent and the organising of transfers any time of day or night to get you to the airport on time was great, we had to be checking in at 4:30am and a taxi was arranged for us, as well as others for several other groups travelling about the same time. Very gracious and accommodating hosts... we only arrived at 10.45pm to be greeted by friendly faces, and meeting our requests for 4am wakeup calls. We had to be at the airport by 4.30am... they organised the taxi. Motle is very comfortable; wished we could have stayed longer!. There was nothing not to like about this Motel especially the proximity to Wellington Airport. Even the Chinese Restaurant across the road, which looked a bit run down from the outside, produced a very enjoyble meal & friendly service + G&T's were the cheapest in NZ!. when bringing the wrong room up to the manager about not having the spa bath room that i had booked he gave us $20 off the room but that was not the point other that thoses three dislikes the motel was very nice and clean :) and the manager was very friendly. Great people and very very helpful. I recommend this motel when wanting to be close to the airport. Walking distance to airport and central to a garage, mcdonalds, restraunt etc. have booked again for Dec due to a family holiday over seas. We were only there one night and had very early flight next morning to Australia. It was a nice hotel,restaurants close by and of course airport close too. Was quiet , rooms very nice. Helpfulness of the man at the desk - he lent me a scale to weigh my luggage and let me briefly check email on his computer when mine was acting up. The person who was on duty showed me to my room and helped me with my luggage. The room was large, bed very comfortable, and a few short blocks walk to the airport. Satff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was an issue and they were also very kind and dropped us off to our convention at golf club. 10 minutes walk from Wellington Airport. That's why we choose it. No taxi needed. City bus right outside. Very helpful & friendly staff. Will stay there next time we're in Welllington. Bathroom door broken. The lighting in the room is controled by your room card inserted in the box at the door. In the middle of the night I got up and went to the bath-room, Since I wanted the lights off I had to remove the card, I made it to the bed OK but fell off because of no lights possibly on!!!!!!.
