Excellent place to stay. Big spacious rooms with comfy bed and awesome shower. Staying here took me back to Europe! Totally AMAZING breakfast! No extra charge for letting our baby stay here too. :) we will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others!. Everything, this was a first class place to stay, owners excellent and happy to go the extra. Breakfast was an experience not to be missed. It was clean and with outstanding facilities. And the children staying was not a problem and treated lovely.
all reviews » We were well looked after by our Host Gunter and his lovely wife. Both were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Our room was spacious, clean comfortable. The shower was too die for regarding temp and pressure. The owners are there to make you feel very welcome. They help you to check-in, to carry your bags, to answer your questions or simply to have a chit chat at breakfast. The resort was away from all the noises of the roads and city and close to nature and its beauty still very modern , clean and pleasant place to stay. We liked everything from the minute we arrived, owner very pleasant and friendly and very obliging. We would definately recommend it to all we know. The service was great, the breakfasts great, the room really good for me and my 2 children. Can't say enough for the friendly management. friendly hosts beautiful breakfast quiet location large rooms and comfy beds loved it one of the best places i have stayed. Advertised as being in Tauranga but this was a 10 minute drive away. Hotel is in Bethlehem. Nothing. Swimming pool didn't look usable. hotel is difficult to find. Rain. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The room was small for a family especially if you don't all go to bed at the same time. Property has no character, doors were squeeqing, breakfast was awful. The attitude of the director was rude and aggressive particularly on arrival. Spent two hours looking for the hotel when had the location been described as Bethlehem, Tauranga we would have found it in minutes.
