Very friendly staff and willing to help when asked for advice. Bathroom super clean and unit very spacious and well presented. Quiet location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Comments from them was it was a thousand percent better then the one we stayed in last year...you chose will. The convenience of being so close to the Taupo shopping center was great. It was nice and quiet also. The management were very helpful and caring. The room was well presented. Close to town - could walk to cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner. Spa bath in room, nice and relaxing. Clean, warm and cosy. Convenient to town. Warm unit in Taupo's cold winter. Lovely relaxing spa bath. Surprisingly quiet given closeness to a busy road. Comfy bed. Was lovely big modern room. Fantastic value for money Twice as good as a lodge I stayed at elsewhere and half the price !!!! Thank you Bruce. Our Motorbike broke down and the man looking after the motel was extremely helpful providing tools etc to fix it!. Friendly staff Good facilities; Good sized accommodation. I thought the deal we got thru letsbookhotel.com was great value for money. central location and accommodating owners. it was a very clean lovely unit. The room was very spacious. The set up of the room. Clean and comfortable. everything. Nothing. Our unit was upstairs and I do have a slight hip problem. Although this wasn't a major concern, it could be helpful to advise if the unit is situated on ground or stair entry at time of booking. This is not a dislike however. Roadside rooms quite noisy with traffic when windows were open - particularly with hotrod convention in town. Very clean - except for mirror behind front door had been forgotten to be cleaned for at least a couple of visits. The Motel was a bit further back from the lake than we thought. Spa bath in the bedroom not our thing!. No king sized beds and street a bit noisy. nothing. Not allowed to turn spa bath on after 10pm. Nothing. A five day stay and sheets not changed.
