  Superb lakefront location.Excellent veiws from all the rooms .Washing machine and dishwasher with adequate washing powder made cleaning and washing clothes easy as we were a family of 4 and had come to queenstown after a 5 night travel in other places.The apartment was cleaned daily and the toileteries were relaced daily.Lots of coffee,tea and sug... what people say » ar pouches in the kitchen.Jude was very helpful.Kids enjoyed the heated pool.The 15 min lakeside walk to the town center was always very refreshing.Th - The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments have a great view of the lake. The apartments are well maintained, furnished and clean. There is a great 20 minute walk along the lake into Queenstown. Beautiful views and pictures are along the way. Make sure to take the gondola ride in Queenstown for great views and pictures of bungy jumping, Queenstown and the lake.   Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed. The one bred apartment we had was so well equipped. We found it ideal for our needs in every way. The location from a scenic point if view was great. They went out of their way to be helpful, especially the guy in the conv. store on site. 2 - The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully appointed. The bathroom was also big and had a large bath tub. The property is right on the lake so it has gorgeous views and is very peaceful. The pool and spa were lovely and just what was needed after walking the Milford Sound track. Is a good 15 minute drive from Queenstown so it is a good idea to hire a car. The taxi prices were exorbitant (ie $50 one way), the water taxi was much cheaper but only ran at certain ti

You really get the feeling that you are in a boutique hotel in Europe.We were eager to get back to the hotel everyday to sit on our balcony and drink in the views.We loved the big artworks and antique furnishings. Don't let the distance from Q town put you off. It's only a $20 taxi ride away - All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Staff were aware of who we were and which room we were in, providing a level of commitment to the guests.The hotel is perched on a breathtaking view of the river that no photo can do justice. After spending the day adventuring the Otago wineries, coming back to a reserved cinema room made the whole stay as if we were the only people around. And we weren't. Thank you again to the management and staff for making our stay a memory!
