The management were very nice. Gail, was most friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to her. The unit was very nice and comfortable and as it was cold, Gail had put the heater on before our arrival so we had a very warm welcome and were most appreciative. I would recommend it to others. Helpful friendly staff Room very clean & well presented. the view to the mountains,the distance to the ski field.
all reviews » A very nice gentleman who had been in pool showed us where our room was!!!!!. nice and close to the ski feild. Tennis courts were great for the kids. it was within walking distance nice apartments. Nice acoustic grounds. Good facilities. friendly reception. Convenience. Location. Having trouble thinking of something good to say about this place. Guess my positive remark is that if I would have paid more attention to the reviews I wouldn't have stayed here in the first place. Pretty much most of the reviews stated exactly what the problems were so my bad for not reading and paying attention to them. Studio room a little cramped. the value of money;it is A 3 stars not 4 stars in my point of view. No Staff only communication was phone call from us Reception hard to locate no signage Instructions a bit vague. Room cramped for two people. It was considered their OFF season !. The bed was insanely hard and uncomfortable. The clothes dryer didn't work and the non stick pan had the non stick coating coming off. the restaurant was closed as the season had come to an end,but we were not advised of this,until we entered the area for tea it needed a spring clean from the busy ski season, mattress cover was soiled as was the valance. The studio units are very small. Fit out is only average at best. small room. Booking mistakenly cancelled. Studio room cramped. Expectations from website description didn't match reality. No double bed. No flat screen tv, which is advertised on the main site. Found the hairy piece of the cut off onion in the pizza from the restaurant. Hair and dead flies in the bathroom. Paint had come off from Finger scratch marks down the wall of the bed head. Cramped. Very small cramped room with the worst beds I've slept on since touring China and that says a lot. No one in attendance at check in. Only 2 of each type of dish and utensil. I mean give me a break you can't offer more than 2 spoon? The online advertising did not give an accurate portrayal of the studio rooms at all and led you to believe the place was much higher quality. I can't imagine how it could possible got a 4 star. One star would be stretching it.
