The Hotel is in the perfect location, near station and center. The staff and service was very good and prompt. The room and bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. Loved staying at this Hotel. No icecubes at the minibar, no conditioner, no washgel, no razor, etc. Overall, not worth 5 stars, it's more like a 4 star hotel. Furthermore the breakfast wasn't diverse enough.Breakfast is to crowded, waiting in line is not acceptable in a 5 star restaurant, croissants that were finished way before the end of breakfast time. The airconditioning was not to be adjusted per room only for the whole hotel...

Zwolle is a lively province city that still clearly shows traces from the Middle Ages. You can go on a city tour on foot along historic buildings and sights. - Cross the railway and take the second right.

On the A28 (from the direction Groningen / Leeuwarden):
- Take the exit Zwolle-Centrum.
- At the end of the exit, keep to the left in the direction centrum/station
