Comfortable bed. Friendly atmosphere. Location in authentic part of town. Quiet room (apart from the chimes every half hour and the dustman at 5 o'clock). Hotel staff very pleasant. Poor access to parking, noise from street.Attic rooms without a/c, hot in summer. Access stairs really steep. Found 2 black bananas in the fridge. Main light needed bulb replaced. Pillow unsuitable. Breakfast buffet limited and not replenished (cold eggs, cheap juice etc.). Parking problematic if you're not lucky. About 30% overpriced I would guess.
