The owner will contact the booker with payment details. - If the booking is cancelled 3 months or longer before arrival, no fees will be charged - If the booking is cancelled between 2 and 3 months before arrival, a 15% cancellation fee is required - If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 2 months before arrival, a 35% cancellation fee is requied - If the booking is cancelled between 2 weeks and 1 month before arrival, a 60% cancellation fee is required - If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks before arrival, a 85% cancellation fee is required - If the booking is cancelled 1 week or less before arrival, the full amount of the reservation is required Please note that the property has the right to cancel "group bookings" for any reason within 24 hours of booking.
