Taking the train from Schiphol and the tram #17 from Den Haag Centraal Station to the hotel was easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided useful information for getting to the harbor with the tram (#17) and how to take the tram to Delft (#1). Food shops within 2 blocks (Albert Hejns and Coop). A number of restaurants also close to the hotel. Internet available for low fee.

Free wireless internet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!. Lovely personnel, this was my third stay. My room was on the second floor and was only accesible by stairs, so cifyou have mobility problems check to see if you can have a room on theground floor.I think my room would have been too small if I were staying longer, but that is not to say something I did not like. It suited my purposes very well. absence of air conditioning meant the rooms were very warm. Bed was a little to soft for me. When using the hot water, a disturbing sound comes from the plumbs.Distance from the Town centre was about 2 miles. breakfast very disappointing - little choice and cheap food; my room was on the top floor and the stairs were very narrow - quite a risk if a fire breaks out; no elevator.It would have been good to have tea and coffee available in the room.The steep stairs would make it difficult for an older person to get up and down to their room. there was no hairdryer and no opportunity to call within rooms. The breakfast was really poor, not worth paying for it. Also there is no elevator to the rooms. room for 1 was really small. Was a little put of by the reception person when booking in. I didn't think they were very welcoming in fact, it felt like we were a nusience! Conversly the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel they should charge less for the box rooms.Very small room for the price. Bathroom very narrow. Couldn't closewindow so there was a lot of noise from traffic and drunken students.Bed was to soft for me. Room very small, no elevator, far from city center. uncomfortable bed, cold room in winter, noise from the street. the food was very poor, the smill not nice in the room, carpet was very old.

Travelling information

By car:
- Follow the A12 motorway till its end and turn left at the traffic lights for Zuid Hollandlaan.
- Stay in the left lane in order to enter the middle lane later on (for H Westeinde). This lane continues onto Dr. Kuyperstraat.
- Continue onto Mauritskade and then Elandstraat. You will pass the palace on your left and at a tramway turn right into Zoutmanstraat.
- You will find the hotel on the left hand side.

By public transport:
- From The Hague Central Station and The Hague Holland's Spoor Station take tramline 17 for Statenkwartier.
- Alight at Elandstraat stop and walk onto Zoutmanstraat where you will find the hotel.
