The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good as well. very clean and modern. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and thehotel was very clean. Convenient location once I had found it (see above comment!!) for my purposes. the gym is very small. It was first time to be asked to sign credit card with amount in blank for guarantee. I do not know why they need my signature if they just want guarantee purpose. Beds were OK. The Wireless signal on the 4+ floors was not very strong but I think the main reason for that was that the main router is probably on the first floor.the duvet was too narrow. The adress on the internet was wrong; the hotel had been moved afew blocks further. We searched for it a long time. Creditcard payement by Internet was not accepted, altough booking suggested it was.Staff told us that they were not allowed to do so. There was no roomservice. The room was cold, there was no extra bedding.
