The buffet breakfast was good and daily made! The last floor rooms are perfect for a short romantic stay. The personnel are available and professional.   It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The bar is nice and the prices are only a little above usual Amsterdam prices. Once again though Accor Hotels have let themselves down with the telvision services. BBC 1 was not available and I do not ... what people say » think BBC world should only be available on pay TV. - The personel was very friendly so was and the bus shuttle bus drivers.The room was very comfortable and in general everything was very good.

  We found the hotel to be more than we expectd. The restaurant hadfairly priced food, the room was adequate and location was perfect forour needs. - I got sick during the night/early morning and the cafe was still open and was able get teas and beverage to settle my stomach

  A beautiful place to stay! You can take the Ibis/Etap/Novotel bus from the airport and get off at Novotel, then walk one block. Grocery store is a few blocks away. Good prices there. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

  The location of the hotel was really close to all the hotspots within Amsterdam! The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day. The toilets and shower were clean the majority of the time minus a few when it had just been used! And the beds were very comfy. In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! - Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10
