The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. Excellent facility as an airport hotel. Large, spacious rooms with king size beds. Excellent dining room with very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. I was most appreciatiave that the Front Desk clerk put me in a room "far from the busy lobby". I needed to fully rest up and there was no disturbance, so I slept very well.
