The building which also contains a restaurant and cafe is located in the former headquarters of the Texel Steam Boat Company (TESO). The rooms aren't so spacious, but the hotel is so special because of it's location and sense of privacy because it has so few rooms. The views are just wonderful. It's really on the quieter side of Texel - especially during the tourist season. There only reason I would be hesitant to recommend it would be because I am tempted to selfishly keep it a secret!. Friendly staff, good meals. Direct harbour view.

Breakfast is served from 9:00 till 10:30 in our restaurant "Brasserie TX" or when the weather is nice we serve it outside on the terrace.

The "Brasserie TX" has an extensive menu card with several local products and fish and meat specialties. You are also welcome for a drink and some snacks. All this is possible on one of our terraces, with a harbour and sea view.

In the low-season only open for breakfast. There are different restaurants nearby.

Important information to guests

Please note that between the 6th of November and the 22nd of December 2016, the restaurant and cafe will only be open between 11:00 and 15:00. From the 23rd of December onwards, the restaurant and cafe will be open daily. On New Year's Eve, they are open until 22:00. This hotel does not have a lift which makes it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that it is possible to buy a parking vignet for for EUR 15 which allows you to park anywhere on Texel during your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed.

The hotelrooms are smartly decorated and breathe the atmosphere of the island with colours of the soil, the sea, the meadows, the beaches. Each room is unique.
