Check in gal did not show or tell us anything. we had to keep asking about how to use facility as we were from out of the country. Very expensive for the type of room you get. the only good thing was the restaurant and food there. The hotel was terrible, dirty, our room smelled. Bedspread had stains on it. Had no idea how to use telephone, tv, the pool facility. Many steps, small elevator. Did NOT like at all.
