The additional fees were not clear on letsbookhotel.com: linen fees, taxes, ect equaled over 100 Euro more for 3 nights. The internet was poor and expensive. 20 Euro for a weekend. The pool closed at 1700 through the week. It was not very clean and we had to go buy bath towels. This was also not known when we booked it.all reviews »
Chalet was book for 52 euro but when I arrvied I had to pay 168 euro.
When booking the " total price" £116.12 was not the actual
total. As soon as booking was confirmed more charges were added.When tax
and service charges had been added for six people we were billed Euro
259.We were refunded e42. These charges would have dissuaded us from
booking. Cancellation fees compounded the problem. The price was not
transparent and we are very disappointed with the poor value for money.
A long term caravan site should not be marketed like a hotel.
Dust, dog's hair, not very clean. Too expensive for the quality. Very small rooms. There are a lot of extras charges. You have to pay 72 EUR for the final cleaning, what final cleaning????? There are better places nearby.
