  Very good facilities, clean and the fittings in the room and bathroom appeared brand new. It was also a bonus there was tea making facilities in the room.   We arrived soaking wet and tired aftwer a days cycling, the staff could not have been friendlier, they sat us by the fire and gave us coffee while we checked in.
