  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.   Although check in was not until 3pm, I arrived after a long flight at 10.00am. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out. True to his word, within 15 minutes he had sorted a room for me and 10 minutes on I was ... what people say » fast asleep...Thank you! - The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times. Theactual hotel is very chic, and the hotel is so central it is only a veryshort walk from Amsterdam Central Station. We had a thoroughly enjoyablestay. We will definitely return.
