Even if the room was small, it was well organised so efficient. I was scared I would feel the boat moving since it was windy but it never happened. The people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

The room was great, unusual in that it felt luxurious. Those coffee bags were great, nothing like that in England. I have told everybody about them! It was central and value for money in comparison to what I have paid before and not been as happy with.

The staff was great! Very friendly (not just helpful, but friendly).
The beds were good, the heating too. It has breakfast, and they offer coffee and tee at anytime.
The location was perfect, very close to the central trainstation, and to many nice places.

The very warm welcome by the owners. The suite was beautifully designed and decorated to an exceptionally high, chic standard. It is only 20 minutes on the tram from Dam Square located in a pretty street. A substantial, varied breakfast is delivered to your door daily with fresh coffee and orange juice. Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door.
We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views.
