  Staff was great, they were professional, enthusiastic, helpful. The breakfasts were phenomenal, There were so many choices, they had plentiful supply and we got thoroughly spoiled even though we had just spent a month on a Holland America Cruise. The pillows were wonderful and I think they had a soft one and a firm one for each, which is a good id... what people say » ea. The room was very comfortable. The ride in was 15 min on the great Metro, to the City Center which is Amsterdam Central station, in the old part o - Hotel afastado do centro mas com excelentes acessibilidades (metro à porta, em 13 minutos chegamos à estação Central e com a estação do intercidades em frente, em 14 minutos chegámos ao aeroporto). Sentimos muita segurança nas imediações e o hotel fica localizado numa zona nova (perto do estádio Arena) e com um restaurante simpático ao lado. Bom pequeno-almoço.
