  Everything. The rooms are huge the bed huge and comfortable the shower huge, good aircon with ventilation, nice big tv with hdmi in for once!. Downstairs two pool tables, ping pong and a gym, bar and restaurant. Close to two tram stops however far from city center. To get from airport was easy get train to city Centre get off first stop called ... what people say » leylee or something then metro two stops. - There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

  The staff was helpfull, the room was very clean and breakfast was nice. Parking the car was cheap and there is transportation to the center of Amsterdam near. - close to tram station, clean room, free wifi, big cheap parking, breakfast was ok

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived, they gave us a map and showed us the location of the main attractions of the city. We decided to stay another day and they helped us to reschedule our train tickets and also printed new tickets. We stayed in a front apartment, but the street is quiet and we heard no noise. - My daughter and I both loved the location ... the residential area and the close proximity to Vondel Park. The twenty minute walk through the park each morning and afternoon was the perfect transition into the city and back.

  the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).
