We stayed 2 nights at the Crown B&B. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station and surprisingly close to all of the sights. Angelo, who was more like an old (or new!) friend, was a fantastic host - showing us how to get to all of the places we wanted to go and advising us where to eat and drink along the way. H

I loved the experience of staying in this beautiful, well maintained, centrally located typical Amsterdam building which was the main reason I picked this place. The room was tactfully and pleasantly decorated as well as the kitchen/dining area, which was very spacious and modern. The bathroom in our room was HUGE and fancy. Angelo, the owner was very kind and helpful and easily accessible. He provided a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. He also paid for my taxi ride to the airport earl

Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. Very good value for centre

The host, Pieter, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area, especially the neighborhood, and was able and willing to show me things that aren't in the travel books. The neighborhood, the Jordaan, is very walkable to just about any place in Amsterdam and the bus connections are pretty much around the corner. The room is pretty funky -

was super duper comfortable. Location is good within walking distance
of all the major sights and close to 2 different tram stations. Room
was well equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. Hence perfect for

Loved the location! The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Self check in/out. Soup, salad, and sandwich take away store just around the corner. Nice view from the room. -
It is basically an apartment for rent. It was nice and clean and i much preferred it to constant knocking on the door asking if you want towels.
