Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door.
We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views.
No time restrictions, you can come and go as you please.

we had an excellent time at residence sweets, the staff treat you like family and are lovely, our breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh.. the room was tidy, clean and spacious. excellent location near to all squares and just around the corner is canal trips and shops. we got to come and go as we pleased,excellent. we really enjoyed our stay, and will defiantly be booking again, thank you

The place is centrally located and easily accessible both by private and public transport. There is a wide choice of restaurants in the close vicinity catering to all tests and type. The owner is a thorough gentleman and takes real care of the guests with personal attention to details. He is very helpful and ensures that the guests in his premises have a good time. The room was great, unusual in that it felt luxurious. Those coffee bags were great, nothing like that in England. I have told everybody about them! It was central and value for money in comparison to what I have paid before and not been as happy with.

Dennis and Martine were wonderful hosts. Dennis is, in his wife's own words, the entertainer!!! The free private boat trip/history lesson was great. My girlfriend and I loved it!!!!! I ended up steering the boat on a hot sunny afternoon and I cannot think of a better way of seeing the city. Freshly cooked bread is delivered to you every morning and a free well stocked fridge on arrival is a very nice touch.
