Please note that the prepayment of 50% of the total price of the reservation needs to be paid within 15 days after making the reservation. The other 50% needs to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. When the booking is made less than 60 days in advance, guests are required to pay the total price of the reservation on the day of booking. Please note that a charge of EUR 65 will also be charged with the prepayment as a security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after check-out via bank transfer, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that final cleaning is optional and excluded in the rate. The price for an accommodation for 1-7 persons can variate between €60,- and €69,-. The price for an accommodation for 8-10 persons is EUR €73,-. Guests can also opt to clean the accommodation themselves.
