Excellent hotel: the best price for the best one. Free shuttle to the aiport every twenty minute and after 12 20 in the morning you just need to call them and they will pick you up (you can go to the airport for any reason: to go to the central station by train (very easy ) or to go home). They offered me the new Woman's Suite without my knowledge or request. It was a most delightful stay because of it. They went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay, even allowed me early check-in at 10am.

Very good location close to Schiphol airport with bus service to/from airport which is only taking 10 minutes. It says that free transportations from hotel to airport, but charged me 5 EUR for that at the end. I arrived late and wanting to relax and sleep. But, there is the long taxi in the plane, trek through the airport, wait for the van, van ride to the hotel, etc. By that time, I just want the key and not to rely on other people. But, there is always something to fill out or sign or update in the computer system. I would prefer all hotels (not only NH) are better prepared to "hand over the key".On the day of arrival, the shuttle that were supposed to leave from the airport at 20.30 showed up at around 20.25. Went inside to get my family, took less than 2 mins, went out again just to see the shuttle leave. My watch had the same time as the clocks at the airport, which was clearly not yet 20.30. However the next one was on time and had a nice driver who helped with our luggage and stroller. the selection of free programs in English - I wish there were more. The blankets on the double bed were only half the width and were awkward to cover. Would be better to have duvet to match size of bed.
