The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great!. it was very central, the staff was very warm and helpful, the food was 1st class. Nice little town, short walk to train station to allow for further travel.

Good Location in the city center. Food in the hotel was very good. Close to the Center. It is just a short walk to the cafe/restaurant area of Heerlen, and also the shops. Reception staff answered all our questions and acted promptly on any issues we had. Breakfast buffet was very good.Friendly staff, very convenient location, near city centre.surroundings. The price. there was a party on, that was not a problem, but at 0330 in the morning it was in the hall, not great if you need to sleep.The decor is a bit tired and in need of some tlc, but I guess this is reflected in the price......."Worn out" furniture. The rooms were not cleaned as well as I would have expected, basic necessities were not always restocked.The whole hotel, carpets, furniture, bathrooms, felt a bit worn out.Hotel room and corridors have seen their best times, apart from ground floor, lobby and bar/restaurant areas, nothing 4-star about the hotel anymore.no coffee and thea sets at the room, no minibar. No air conditioning, old rooms, definitely not a 4 star hotel.The hotel was old. A few parking spaces.
