We booked an "appartement" for one night in December, low season. The place was very neat and spacy. The beds were very soft. The kitchenette included basic cutlery: everything we needed. The place was also very quiet. No neighbour noises - I gues there weren't any, so I can't tell wether the place is sound proof. The staff was very friendly. Given the low season price we payed for the appartement (60 euro/night), this was a "bargain", very good price-quality.
