Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels)

Central position of the Hotel (Very close to all major attractions of Amsterdam) in a quite street.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Overall a great hotel to stay while in Amsterdam on a weekend break or a long vacation.

Location was great for sight-seeing, Hotel had a lovely ambiance, will stay there again. Enjoyed the breakfast for its fruit and fresh juice offering - although I have seen better "spreads" in similar rated AMS hotels. Very comfortable, non smoking room - reception airy and spacious but smokey - can't wait for the no smoking rule to come into force in AMS. Staff very friendly and courteous.

We stayed at the front of the Hotel and the road was a little noisy on the Saturday night, so if you go to be early get a room at the back!

The location is great. Hotel is what you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

There was some construction near by so the room was noisy.

When I booked in I was told it was a twin room even though it stated on my booking it was a double room so that was not a good start and then to be told I should have rung ahead. I never had that issue before with booking on booking .com

Excellent room (bathtub, water heater and iron), excellent location (quiet street, not close to main street so wasn't noisy at all but still close to central area)

Price for breakfast buffet is too expensive, but overall good value for money (room price)

Located at the very center of Amsterdam, rooms are clean and have all acessories needed. Has free wireless connection throughout the whole hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is very polite.

Proximity to major museums and other attractions; hotel's location on a quiet street; good in room amenities, especially Nespresso coffee maker. The hotel also let me check in at 11:30 am despite its official check in time of 3 pm.

Late night room service menu was limited.
