The apartment is well located with easy access to central station (2-3 bus stops). It's big and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped, there's a large tv and a dining table. WiFi is good. Overall very nice experience, it feels great to come back to a kind of home rather than to a small hotel room after a long day of walking the pretty streets of Amsterdam. Great location with view on Nemo museum and embankment. 10 minutes walk to red light district and 15 minutes to Rembrandt square. Clean and comfortable appartment with huge living room and kitchen equipped with all nessecary stuff.
all reviews » Everything was within walking distance. Wifi access. We picked up the keys easily from the airport from an extremely helpful woman. The appartment was clean and bright and perfectly suited to a group of girlies friends. I am touched that they had coffee prepared and the independence and separation from other guests is so well given. Its really nice to stay in PH apartment Suits with couple friends for vacations. A very good location. The flat was great however the bedroom is down steer and is a bit dangerous if you get drunk. A great appartment for a group of people. Also the leaving room is great. It was roughly a 10 - 15 min walk to dam sqare and Central station but the walk in is quite nice and it meant it wasn't so nosey where we were staying. We went with 4 ppl on our trip. The location was excellent, near the central station and public transport, red light district and markets. If you go for a city trip it's ideal. Whatever promissed was there! No surprises at all. It is 15 minutes walk a way distance to dam square. Design of the living area is great. Kitchen is fulll of appliances. Comfortable self catered with complete kitchen utensils which can sleep 6 of us. The beds are comfortable. The sheer size of the room was brilliant! Plenty of room to laze about and relax. The apartment was on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking process. There was an elevator but its door didn't close well on the 3rd floor, so we used it to go up to the 2nd... When we got there, someone's clothes (or cleaning rags) were cycling in the laundry machine, and that someone came about an hour later to take them out... Weird. It might be cold at winter and early spring. The steep stairs (although it turns out that is normal in Amsterdam!) and the bathroom floor would get very wet if you had a shower as there was no curtain etc. There is no printer in the room and the hitter did not work well, it was freezing inside. All was good. No issue at all. You get privacy and also they will refound you deposit in less then a week. Definitely I will take this apartament on a next occasion. Tv signal was bad, need better areals. Need more toilet paper and rubbish bags. No safe to store valuables. Stairs were a bit tight, moving a suitcase up and down them a little difficult. It's a no smoking environment, in case you care... It would be nice if there was a little shampoo/conditioner in the suite so that we wouldn't need to buy a big set from the store that we can't take with us on the plane afterwards. Someone from one of the other suites was smoking either in the hallway or outside the main door. The smoke came easily under the door into the suite and bothered us. -The lift didn't work so we had to drag our suitcases two flights up the building. the Elevator rarely works. There was a problem with someone downstairs and we ended up with no lift. Hard work carrying luggage up/down 3 flights of stairs, but good exercise at other times. squeaking doors, hard to manage with baby carriage, no place for clothes in small room, only 1 cupboard for 6 people. It was very small compared to pictures, not enough room to open up sofa bed so didn't bother, was difficult getting into via main door as lower ground level. Main light in front room didn't work but wasn't issue. Parking not very well explained. We ended up paying the expensive rate because we did not get out ticket "stamped". Needs decorating. View not great. the apartment looks more luxurious on the pics. Expensive city. There was a couple of stains & a burn on the sofa which I am hoping was spotted by the cleaner before we got there as I do not want any trouble getting the deposit back. We saw the pictures on the site but apparently they were out of 4-person rooms, so we got a semi-basement apartent. We had no view(we were beneath the street), and there was plenty of humidity in the room. We were dissapointed that we did not get what we saw, and that we were not informed about the place. Beds are really uncomfortable. Narrow and bumpy. Considering the amount we paid for 4 days, It is fair to expect to sleep in a decent IKEA mattress. The staircase is so steep that it should be emphasize that it is not children or elderly friendly as I was travelling with my older parents & younger children and it was very dangerous that I almost slipped few times. The location is not as near as described. It wasnt a 15mins walk, it is more like a 30mins walk. We found a live mice running around under the sette. The shower did not work for 2 out of three days that I stayed there. no elevator and hard stairs. The apartment is clean but run down. It needs a new coat of paint, new rug, clean sofa bed. Price a bit high proximity to railway station. I thought they were newest apartment. Lift did not work so had to go up three flights of very steep stairs No mirrors in the while apartment apart from one in the bathroom Only one shower/bath room for 6 people Bed settee was only really big enough for one person Keys not available at hotel even though it was requested via email Keys were not provided until 2:45pm. -After the reservation i got an email from the hotel mangment advicing that there no reseption on the appartment and i have to go to the airport or to the office mangment to check in !!! Which not esy for traviler with cheldreen. - on the app descreption on "your website" the app with washing machen , but on fact no washing machine - no sop no shampoo was there. Regards. The levator did not work but only one time out of the tree days we stayed. The walls of the appartement were dirty and surely it is not a luxury appartement. For the money we paid we should have something better.

The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that if you settle the pre-payment with your credit card, the credit card holder needs to be present at check in to sign for this payment. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR per apartment as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
