It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Guests are kindly reminded that there are strict house rules to prevent any disturbance. Parties are hereby strictly forbidden. Please also note that due to the restrictions of the private parking space, the maximum height of the car should be 1.50 m. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
