I'm very glad that I chose this hotel. It's very easy to get the buses and trams (just in front of the hotel) and run very frequent too. friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean rooms, free Wireless access, good breakast and really good value for money. I highly recommended travellers to stay in this hotel. Value for money, room is simple but clean. There was a plasma tv in myroom, which was plus ( although I dont watch much tv). They shouldchange the table and chair, these are not for a 3 star hotel,.

My room was very comfortable, with a huge window looking out through the trees at an open square. Staff was responsive and very accommodating to my requests. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Trams and buses to the Centrum conveniently stopped right outside the hotel. Hotel Nieuw Slotania was far away from centre, but there is very good connection to the centre - by tram or bus around 20 min. Room was very clean! Excellent internet connection and tasty breakfast!. The access to public transport, the spacious room and cleaness of the room. The toilet is also big enough.. Breakfast was also good!. The bed was good. free internet, public transport in front of hotel. to do for one night. Very soft bed , makes a change from sleeping on the bench. clean, breakfast is nice. The staff are friendly. The situation is good . the reception hall is nice! The receptionistswere very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is good (different breadsand juices). Reception staff was flexible and good attitude. The location of the hotel was suitable to our needs. Majority of guests were highschool graduates and university freshmen. helpful reception; direct tram to city centre (ca 10 minutes). Lots of other groups to chat to in the evening. There was nothing memorable about this stay which would make me stay again. In a bad area of town, surrounding area very grotty, wouldnt recommend this to anyone.manager was very kind. nothing.Lobby is beautiful. but there is only few sofa to sit. I wish the "free wi-fi" had been working.Staff works very slowly in reception! Check-in is after 14:00, but if I had arrive after 15:00, my room wasn`t still ready!. Tiny Long Hall way!. Bathroom could use a make over as well. noisy groups. noice during night. Noisy narrow claustrophobic corridor. no facilities. Simple but basic. Tends to attract under 25 age group with some associated rowdiness.the receptionist guy with tie give to guests wrong information because he want to force to reserve taxi. from the hotel to my destination (congress and party rhone) he tell me and write to paper more times only by foot. while to go there i undestant that i can take bus 19 to the bus station and then 2 minutes by foot. i'm sorry but this is my experiece (sorry for my english language). The room had bunk beds instead of triple beds as booked.The bathroom was very small and not clean! Hairs of the guest before inthe corners. Only 2 towels! The heater did not work - It was cold. Nowlan in the room! The staff in the breakfast room was not friendly. Poor bathroom layout; no air conditioning; felt like a hostel; charged my Mastercard twice for one stay. Doorman, staff. Breakfast at weekend starts only from 10:00, thats not logical. So we did not get any :-(. The room was not clean, the drawers were falling apart. No place to pack the cloths, so if you stay for 3 days, you have to live from your suitcase. Some tiles of the bathroom floor were broken, black coloured mildew in the corners. Breakfast was poor: very limited choice, crowded area. Overall: rather a nice youth-hostel than a 3star. room much too small and ill-equiped for 4 people; poor bathroom facilities, price excessive for the type of accomodation. The fact that the ceiling fell through in one of the rooms on the lastnight of our stay due to a fault with the air-con. the hotel is very out of date. Typically the only place this hotel have spent any money on is the reception. This is the first thing you see and is, ok, but out of reception into the rooms areas and it declines rapidly into a one star hotel only.No Wifi, room smell terrible. Ice cold room that smelled awful. Noise coming from the wall. Rude receptionist. It was not a hotel room, but a hostel room. Very misleading. lobby it was very dirty, it's smells like a toillet.very bad organization.
