  We arrived early in the morning, and our rooms were not ready, which we expected. As there were nine of us, the staff gave us a meeting room in which to change clothes, and the use of a bathroom to wash up, as we were headed to Amsterdam for the day. I had booked dinner reservations for the evening; there were eleven in our group. Help from the concierge in getting boarding passes on the Internet. The pea soup and breads for supper at the bar!!!

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept... what people say » ionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.
