This hotel is great value, staff were extremely helpful and the room was lovely,spacious and very clean. Set in lovely surroundings too.I would definitely stay there again. Quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was just early enough to catch my first appoitment. Lovely location, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food and hospitality. Friendly staff with good English, comfortable rooms, lovely restaurant with great atmosphere and good food. Thoroughly enjoyed stay.

Information about the area

You will find the "Papenberg" in the National Park the Maasduinen. You can enjoy walking or cycling on the Afferdse heide and the Bergerbos but also in the nature area's the Ravenvennen, de Hamert, de Bergerheide and the Reichswald.

The German places Kleve and Goch and the pilgrimage place Kevelaer are situated just over de border. You have to visit these places because they are really worth it. In 45 minutes, you will be in Dusseldorf with the famous shopping street.
