Considering current hotel shortage situation and spending 3 night in Yangon at 5th floor and 1 night at 10th floor after returning leg from Bagan, this hotel is value for money if you prefer closer to Scott market and china town. Also 2 Decent restaurants abutting the hotel. Bought 4 bus tickets to Lake Inlay for 85 usd and subsequently lost my wallet following night and staff helped me to get free 4 replacing bus tickets. This is friendly extra mile service not to mention free 4pm late checkou. all reviews »
This hotel is great price is good but is noisy. Good restaurants nearby, friendly staff, good airco.

Noisy at the night time 11.30 pm still noisy and morning 4 am still people hook the door can not slepd. Very loud music until 02.00 AM.
Hotel is located in a poor dirty area and the blue glasfront is dirty as well. Inside is chaos except the 10th floor. This level is new designed but located directly under the local karaoke disco in the 11th floor. Breakfast is ......ok ......but not more. All in all no value for money.
